Refund policy

As a small, local boutique that prides itself in handpicking and ensuring the quality of every item, we do not carry large quantities of all of our pieces. As a result, we can only offer exchanges or store credit. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we would be happy to assist you in finding something else that will make you smile!

Items are available for exchange within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.  Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
